Tom Bodin, President and Managing Partner of O.I. Partners - Organizational Innovations, Inc., has an impressive record of progressive human resource, operations, management, individual and business-to-business consulting, coaching and training experience. Highly knowledgeable of the retail, financial, marketing, travel, communications, public sector and service industries, Tom has demonstrated skills and expertise in organization and human development, strategic planning, executive/management coaching, career and change management, training, recruitment, outplacement, performance management, compensation, communications, publishing, meeting facilitation and business start-up activities. A sought after speaker, he also actively advises and consults with both organizations and individuals. Clients include business, government, and non-profit entities.
An elected member to the O.I. Partners, Inc., Board of Directors, Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances where, capitalizing on O.I. Partners domestic and international marketing reach, he seeks out mutually beneficial business relationships. He previously held the office of Vice President, Technology Advancement for the corporation. In this capacity he was responsible for overseeing the international corporation’s identification, creation and implementation of uniform technology solutions.
Since 1992 Tom has served on the Hennepin-Carver County Workforce Investment Board. Here, as Board Chairman of both the state’s largest Workforce Service Area and the Greater Metropolitan Workforce Council, he works with organizations, businesses, community, education and government entities to encourage and create beneficial employment and training partnerships. In this capacity he works frequently with employers, training and educational assistance providers, the Minnesota Workforce Centers and the Federal / State Dislocated Workers Program. He served on the West Hennepin Suburban School to Work Governing Board for five years and remains actively involved with the Hennepin County Youth Council. An adjunct faculty instructor in Human Resources, in 2001 he was appointed to St. Mary’s University of Minnesota undergraduate and graduate Curriculum Advisory Boards for Health and Human Services and Human Resource Management.
