David G. Nelson

Since 1989, David Nelson has served as a Principal Consultant and Executive Vice President of O.I. Partners – Organizational Innovations, Inc.  Mr. Nelson has substantial expertise in organizational development, compensation, recruitment/selection, career development and counseling, policy development, communications, succession planning, training and strategic planning. He has furthered his knowledge base through extensive management and executive leadership programs. He is an accomplished business consultant, speaker and trainer, having published advice and information in national publications and television documentaries. As an owner and executive officer of three thriving businesses, David has served as Corporate Advisor to the United States Presidential Executive Exchange, on the advisory board to the National Action Council in Engineering and on numerous local and community boards and associations for education, career management, fundraising, and strategic issues. He is the recipient of national and local advertising awards for excellence. David is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
