1981 by F. Craig Barber, Organizational Innovations, Inc.

of
O.I. Partners, which incorporated in
1987, and its owner companies, is one of
leadership, commitment, innovation and

Craig,
who retired in 1996, believed that service delivery and responsiveness
were best achieved when "owned" at
the local level. At the same time, he recognized
the importance of firm-wide quality assurance
and consistency as well as the added value
of being able to provide central coordination
and "one-stop shopping."
We have, accordingly, developed the most
sophisticated project management capability
in the industry. Our approach, utilizing
our Minneapolis office as
your primary regional point of contact in
coordination with all of our local practitioner-owned
