MERRILL RONNING

Merrill Ronning has over twenty years experience in organizational and professional development strategies. He is accomplished in building relationships, conceptualizing organizational needs, curriculum development, creative programming and group facilitation. He is recognized for providing successful organizational initiatives, management training, executive coaching and advising on organizational ethics in a variety of organizational settings.

A certified trainer for Dale Carnegie, where he taught Public Speaking and Human Relations, Customer Relations and Employee Development and Presentation Skills. Merrill has been an instructor for Creative Training Techniques, Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he trained trainers on a national basis. He is a certified instructor/consultant of the Shared Values Process Operating System® of Seattle, Washington. 

Mr. Ronning has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a Masters Degree from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.
